Mann's Creative Designs - coatings for earth pin retaining walls

Mann's Creative Designs, Wilmington, NC. completed a 10,000 sqft textured coating of a retaining wall made from shotcrete and soil pins. (earth pins) The wall surrounds a new Drury Inn and Suites at the Northlake Mall in Charlotte, NC.

We have different approaches to solving the problem of coating and coloring all types of geotechnical systems. In this case we added 4" to 7" of a light weight concrete to the wall, carved "rocks" and added striations. Then extensively colored the new surface.

These same techniques can be used in amusement parks, aquariums, miniature golf courses, water parks and for "themed interiors" in bars, restaurants and hotels.

The View on Water Street - Concrete Table Tops

The View on Water Street downtown Wilmington is a luxury, high-rise condo project. Mann's Creative Designs produced tops for the kitchen island and a table in the lobby of the sales center.

Owners will be able to select decorative concrete for their floors, fireplace surrounds and countertops.
